The Eagle Sewer District is hiring an Administrative Specialist I to perform essential office and financial support duties with a focus on utility billing and accounts receivable. This position plays a key role in processing utility payments, resolving billing discrepancies, updating customer accounts, and conducting audits to verify occupancy. The role also involves daily customer interaction, permit tracking, data entry, and support for accounts payable and reporting functions.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and some clerical experience. Strong math and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Applicants must be able to pass back ground check, have a valid Idaho driver’s license, and be eligible to become a Notary Public in the state of Idaho. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
